We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Chef to take a key role in our busy kitchen, serving locals and visitors alike with great pub classics and fresh, seasonal dishes.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to a friendly and efficient team environment. We’re after someone who takes pride in their work, thrives under pressure, and enjoys being part of a welcoming country pub atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals to a high standard
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with menu planning, stock control, and ordering
• Work collaboratively with front-of-house and management
• Ensure smooth service during busy periods
About You:
• Qualified Chef or experienced Cook (Cert III in Commercial Cookery preferred)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Team player with a positive attitude
