About the Role: Simply put, your role is to engage with the public, find those who care about the cause and as mentioned above show them the value of why their donation benefits the cause they care about! We are at different sites each week and it offers a great opportunity to explore Melbourne, no 2 weeks are the same!

About the Pay: We truly believe that you should be rewarded fairly for your results, personally speaking, someone who twiddles their thumbs most the day being paid the same as someone who is hustling all day, well that just doesn’t sit right with us – if you are nodding along to this idea and believe that all sounds fair enough then this role might be a good fit for you. Our solution is that we pay full commission.

We are happy to discuss how this operates after you apply, a snapshot is that although it may have the risk of a day without pay, our top Fundraisers have had days that exceed 3 - 4,000 for 1 day of work. Risk and reward, those hungry for growth and more will get it.
Who We are Looking For: Being upfront, we have established teams and are looking for those who have experience in fundraising. Fundraising is both a marketing and sales job in one, so those without experience will only be considered if they can demonstrate a mighty mindset, potential for growth and as a person they are just generally someone we would want on the team because who they are and desire to be.
