JOB DESCRIPTION
You will:
- Manually unload boxes from containers
- Stack boxes onto pallets
- Wrap goods with plastic (manual or machine)
- Work in a fast, supportive team
- Collaborate with forklift drivers who handle pallet placement
Hours: Start between 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Locations: Work sites vary; we assign teams close to home when possible
Avg. Shift: 5–7 hours/day
PAYMENT & CONDITIONS
Weekly Pay via TFN
- Hourly rate (from 33.10) or per container
- Superannuation paid
- Team-based incentives and performance bonuses
- No experience or English required – we’ll support you
- Improve your English daily – work directly with Australian clients
CAREER PROGRESSION
- Start in unloading – grow into roles like:
- Team Leader
- Forklift Driver
- Supervisor
- Operations Manager
