Job Description
Location: Refrigerated Factory site
Experience Required: Minimum 12 months forklift operation
Rate: Level 3 Hort award 32.04 (5am-8.30pm) & 35.88 (8.30pm-5am)

The Role
Join our production team to support the movement of fresh produce through our facility. You’ll play a key role in maintaining cold chain integrity and ensuring timely dispatch across Australia and beyond.
Key Duties
Operate electric/gas forklifts safely
Move raw and finished goods within the facility
Complete pre-start checks and report faults
Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Work in refrigerated conditions (~2.5°C)
Follow safety protocols and wear correct PPE
Support continuous improvement initiatives
What You’ll Need
Valid forklift licence + 12+ months practical experience
Warehouse/logistics background
Strong safety mindset and reliability
Ability to work weekends and follow procedures
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Reporting to: Team Leader & Production Supervisor
