30–35/hr + Super | Casual | Immediate Start
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Labourer to join our bricklaying team across Melbourne’s metro area.
You’ll assist the Leading Hand and crew to keep the site running efficiently — making sure materials are ready, mortar is mixed, and the workspace stays clean and safe.
This is a great opportunity for someone hard-working, dependable, and eager to learn.
No experience required — full training provided on site.

Duties
• Prepare mortar and stage bricks for daily work.
• Keep materials supplied and ready to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free site.
• Safely handle and move bricks, blocks, and tools.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• Report any hazards or issues to the Leading Hand immediately.

• Valid Australian driver’s licence (required for site access).
• Construction White Card (mandatory).
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team.
• ABN required for payment.
