The Role
We're seeking experienced machine operators to join our production team. You’ll operate state-of-the-art packing machines and play a key role in delivering ultra-fresh salads to customers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor packing machinery
Troubleshoot production and quality issues
Follow production run sheets and SOPs
Maintain food safety standards (GMP/HACCP)
Communicate with team leaders to ensure smooth workflow
Keep work areas clean and OH&S compliant
Support continuous improvement initiatives
What You’ll Need
Machine operation experience (packaging preferred)
Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety
Strong communication and attention to detail
Ability to work weekends and in cold environments
Reliability and a proactive, team-focused attitude
Reporting to: Team Leader & Production Supervisor
