Summary:
The Bar Attendant is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service in a professional and timely manner.

Duties:
• Maintain an efficient bar and stock room
• Ensuring the bar is kept clean and tidy to a high standard
• Knowledge of cocktails, beers, spirits, liqueurs, and wine
• Ability to lift cases of wine/beer and be on your feet for 8+ hrs
• Ability to follow strict RSA rules and all that come with the responsibility
• Work calmly under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Take responsibility for own actions
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication skills – written and verbal
• Good understanding of cash handling and till operation
• Self-motivated
