Job Description
Join the team at East Coast Roast, a local coffee roastery known for our highly awarded coffee. We’re looking for a casual Barista / Café Assistant to help serve exceptional coffee and friendly vibes at our Nerang HQ and Ashmore café.
About the role:
* Approx. 10 hrs/week, flexible shifts
* 32.21/hr (casual rate under the Restaurant Industry Award)
* Based across Nerang and Ashmore locations
You’ll:
* Prepare and serve top-quality coffee using our award-winning beans
* Deliver warm, efficient customer service
* Assist with simple food prep and light baking
* Help keep the café clean, stocked, and running smoothly
