Join our team as a Host Family Recruiter and help us grow our Homestay Program by inspiring local families to welcome international students into their homes.


Dates: 1st November - 20th December
Type: Casual basis.

In this rewarding role, you will:
• Promote and sell the EF Homestay Program by making engaging outbound calls to potential hosts.
• Communicate the value of international cultural exchange in a clear, friendly, and persuasive way.
• Recruit and engage local host families, sharing the benefits of cultural exchange.
• Represent EF at local events, including fairs, festivals, and community outreach activities.
• Visit host families and conduct compliance checks, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our students.
• Achieve and exceed daily calling and recruitment targets.
