Vehicle Spray Painter
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Vehicle Spray Painter to join their team in NSW
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
• Ability to mix paint shades and select exact paint to match vehicle colour.
• Sanding surfaces by hand and with power sanders
• Treating vehicles with rust -proofing chemicals
• Applying primer and finish coats with spray-guns, and sanding surfaces between coats
• Removing making papers, and waxing and polishing finished paintwork
Skills & Abilities:
• Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent
• Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within related field
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Panel Beater
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and qualified Panel Beater to join our professional team on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson to work in a well-equipped and supportive workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Remove damaged panels, parts, upholstery, and accessories to access repair areas.
• Repair dents and deformities by hammering panels into shape.
• Straighten damaged vehicle structures and components using mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
• Replace severely damaged sections with new or second-hand panels.
• Apply plastic filler to depressions, then file, grind, and sand repaired surfaces to achieve a smooth finish.
• Cut, weld, and join replacement sections using appropriate welding equipment.
• Fit repaired or replacement panels to vehicles and reinstall body components such as door locks, trims, and hardware.

Skills and Experience Required
Applicants must possess the following:
• Minimum qualification: AQF Certificate III in Auto Body Repair (or equivalent).
• Experience: At least 2+ years of relevant hands-on experience as a Panel Beater.
• Experience working in a private automotive repair workshop.
• Proven ability to work on a wide range of vehicles, performing various repair tasks with specialist skills in minor panel repair.
• Strong technical ability in repairing metal, fiberglass, and plastic vehicle bodywork, including forming and fitting replacement panels.
