Full time Café Manager
Our bustling café in Heronswood Dromana is seeking a dynamic Café Manager to organize daily operations and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

Permanent Full Time Position/ Summer Season

Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of the café
Manage and coordinate staff rosters
Coordinate with vendors and order supplies
Maintain records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses
Add and update menu items based on seasonality
Deliver and train staff to provide excellent customer service
Ensure all cafe areas are, safe, clean and tidy
Nurture relationships with customers and existing clients
Manage café events and bookings

Requirements and skills
3 years' work experience as a Cafe Manager
Barista trained
RSA Licence
Current Food Safety Certificate (or willing to work towards it)
Working with Children Check

Accounting skills including financial reporting, budgeting, and expense management
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Additional certification (e.g. in Business Administration or Hospitality) is a plus
Australian work authorisation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
