Who we’re looking for:
✅ Proven experience in a bar, pub, or kitchen environment
✅ Confident working solo and leading by example
✅ Friendly, professional, and community-minded
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✅ Current RSA & RCG (required)
✅ Food Safety Certificate (required)
✅ A genuine love for food, people, and good times
