Live In Caretaker

Join our friendly team at Reflections Holidays Pambula as our Caretaker for the summer season! This is a part-time role (25 hours per week minimum) offering a mix of outdoor and guest-facing work in one of the Sapphire Coast’s most relaxing holiday destinations.
This is a fixed-term position for the summer period, ending in early February 2026 — perfect for someone looking to combine work with the vibrant holiday season.

In this varied role, you’ll expect to work in duties from Guest Services & Grounds, such as:
Delivering exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and online.
Handling bookings, enquiries, and guest feedback using our reservations system.
Completing general office tasks, banking, and correspondence.
Maintaining lawns, gardens, and public areas — including Jack Martin Reserve Oval.
Operating small machinery (ride-on mower, brush cutter, hedge trimmer).
Carring out basic repairs and regular cleaning of guest amenities.

As part of this role, you will be required to work 5 shifts per week inclusive of on-call duties for 5 nights and work weekends.

We’re looking for someone who brings:
Proven experience in customer service and/or front office administration.
Confidence using booking systems and handling guest enquiries.
Practical skills in grounds or property maintenance.
