Role Overview

We're seeking passionate content creators and UGC (User-Generated Content) specialists who love adventure and can capture compelling visual stories. This is a performance-based opportunity where your creativity directly translates to earnings. You'll create authentic, engaging content that inspires travelers to book their next adventure with us.

What You'll Create

Social Media Content: Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts showcasing our tours and experiences
Adventure Gear Reviews: Written and video reviews for our website (dundeeadventure.com)
Tour Highlights: Behind-the-scenes content from Adelaide to Uluru, Adelaide to Perth, and Broome to Perth tours
Experience Documentation: Capturing the excitement of our 15,000ft tandem skydiving in Byron Bay
Trail Content: Showcasing new Fraser Island trails and outdoor adventures
Testimonial-Style Content: Authentic first-person perspectives of Dundee Adventure experiences

Commission Structure

Earn based on performance:

Content Creation Fees: 50-200 per approved content piece (based on complexity and platform)
Conversion Commissions: 5-10% commission on bookings generated through your unique referral links
Bonus Incentives: Performance bonuses for viral content (100K+ views) and high-converting campaigns
Gear Review Compensation: 75-150 per published gear review article with photos/video
Earning Potential: Top creators earn 1,000-5,000+ monthly depending on content volume and conversion rates.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills

Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Photography and videography experience with smartphones or cameras
Understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Ability to create authentic, engaging storytelling content
Basic copywriting skills for captions and blog content

Ideal Candidate

Adventure enthusiast with genuine passion for travel and outdoor experiences
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable with deadlines and content delivery schedules
Based in Australia or familiar with Australian adventure tourism
