About the Role
We’re looking for an all-rounder to join our small team and work alongside the owner across all parts of the Brewhouse. You’ll be pulling beers, taking orders, cooking and serving from the food van, clearing tables, chatting with customers, and helping keep the place running smoothly. Every shift is a bit different, and that’s part of the fun!

Job Description (Summary)
• Serve drinks and food to customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Operate the bar, handle cash and EFTPOS transactions
• Assist in food preparation and cooking in the food van
• Clear and clean tables and maintain general tidiness
• Restock fridges and supplies as needed
• Follow responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements
• Support the owner with day-to-day operations and special events
