The Freemasons Hotel is a vibrant, award-winning, family-owned venue in the heart of Geraldton. Known for our friendly atmosphere, live entertainment, and delicious pub classics made with the best locally sourced seasonal produce, we’re proud to be a cornerstone of the local community.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Cook / Chef to join our kitchen team. If you take pride in your work, thrive in a busy environment, and love creating quality dishes, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

Preparing a variety of dishes from our menu.

Ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.

Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and high kitchen standards.

Catering to dietary requirements when needed.

Assisting with stock management and kitchen organisation.

What we’re looking for:

Relevant commercial cookery qualifications or 3+ years’ experience in a busy commercial kitchen.

Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safe culinary practices.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.

Experience with modern Australian pub cuisine.

A positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
