Cleaners / Cafe Staff - Mixed Role

Mixed Role – Apollo Bay, Great Ocean Road - IMMEDIATE START

We’re looking for either a couple or a single applicant who’s eager to work across multiple areas depending on their strengths.

We operate two local businesses and can tailor the position to suit your experience — whether you prefer a single focus or a mixed role across both cleaning and café work.

🏡 Cleaning (Holiday Homes)

We manage a collection of luxury Airbnb and holiday properties around Apollo Bay.
This role suits someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys creating beautiful, welcoming spaces — making beds, presenting homes, and ensuring they’re spotless for guest arrivals.

☕ Café Roles

Our café team is also growing and we are moving to nights (currently open days)!
We’re looking for people with experience or interest in any of the following areas:

- Front of House (table service)
- Barista
- Kitchen Hand / Cook

If you’d like more hours, this is a great opportunity to combine café shifts with cleaning work.

// YOU MUST HAVE

- Current driver’s licence and access to a car - IMPORTANT - WE CANT HIRE YOU WITHOUT THIS.
- Minimum 6-month commitment

- 88-day sign-off (pending role eligibility)

- Regular hours year-round, with variety and stability
- 31.25 per hour + superannuation - Weekend penalty rates apply
