Job Description

We are recruiting several blueberry and raspberry picking staff.

Our team includes hourly-wage farms where the minimum hourly rate is 30.35.
However, you must maintain a picking speed close to the team’s average.
If you are unable to meet the standard and are not hired, we can still arrange other hourly-wage or piece-rate farm jobs for you.

There are many farm jobs in this region, but the atmosphere and team culture vary greatly from company to company.
It’s not uncommon to hear people say, “I don’t even know who my contact person is,” or “Nobody really cares about me.”
Some teams have a high turnover rate because their leaders cannot take care of everyone, and many workers quit after a short time.

However, in our team, even after collecting all the payslips required for the second-year visa,
many people choose to stay longer because they enjoy the working environment here.

Currently, workers who started between June and July have already completed their visa days and are leaving.
This recruitment is to fill those vacancies.
I only wish to accept new members whom I can personally support and take good care of.

Whether you can gain “good memories,” “valuable experiences,” and “a comfortable living environment” here
depends entirely on your own choice.

If you are interested, please feel free to contact me.
I will patiently provide the latest local information and answer any questions.
Please make sure you fully understand everything and are satisfied before deciding to join 🙇‍♂️
