Seeking a motivated person to caretaker a motel in Armidale NSW. The job will require the following :
1. Must be licensed.
2. Have some building background.
We have a 15 room Accomodation that requires a caretaker to maintain and care for the property. The job will require garden and property maintenance eg. Mowing and cleaning, be able to work unsupervised and To look after the intake of 70 workers in December and looking after the team.
Immediate start required , accommodation onsite available and the use of a company vehicle.
