Multiskilled Tradesperson / Maintenance Carpenter.

Metrowest is seeking a qualified and experienced tradesperson to join our growing Maintenance and Service Team.

This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on, varied work across multiple trades, completing a mix of repairs, installations, and general building maintenance across the Perth Metro area. Every day is different — from ceiling repairs and carpentry tasks to minor building fixes and patch-and-paint work.

We’re looking for someone reliable, customer-focused, and who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Trade Qualification Required:
Applicants must hold trade qualifications in Carpentry, Ceiling Fixing, or a similar field, with relevant on-the-job experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out general building and maintenance repairs
• Ceiling and wall repairs including flushing, patching, and painting
• Install, repair, or modify doors, frames, and partitions
• Minor carpentry and fitting work (1st, 2nd, and 3rd fix)
• Routine and reactive maintenance across commercial and residential sites
