Production And E-commerce Coordinator

We are hiring a dedicated individual for a Dual-Role Operations Position focused on both garment production and direct-to-consumer fulfillment.

Garment Production Management
Coordination of external production orders, including liaising with third-party printers and managing the final stage of in-house completion (e.g., heat-pressing). This is an occasional, project-based workflow.

E-commerce Fulfillment
Execution of all online store orders, encompassing efficient pick, pack, and ship processes.

Critical Requirement: Given our commitment to customer service, especially our same-day delivery offering, candidates must demonstrate exceptional reliability and punctuality. This role is central to our delivery promises, necessitating the ability to consistently manage and book same-day courier services throughout operating hours.
