Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Farm Hands to join our team on a well-established fruit orchard in the Narre Warren (East Melbourne). This is a hands on role working across a variety of orchard operations.
To be successful in this role, you must have recent (within the last 2-3 years) experience in the following areas:
Tractor driving and operation
Pruning (tree maintenance and canopy management)
Spraying (chemical handling and application knowledge)
Irrigation (setup, monitoring, and repair)
Please note: This is not a fruit picking role - applicants with only fruit picking experience will not be considered or contacted.
Requirements:
Proven, recent farm hand experience (within the last 2-3 years)
References who can verify your farm experience
A current driver's licence and reliable transport (as you may be required to travel to different orchards.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions safely and efficiently.
