Range Workforce Solutions is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Poultry Farm Workers to join our team in Meredith

About the Role:

As a Poultry Farm Worker, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the farm, supporting animal welfare and hygiene standards across various tasks. There are 3 different farms 2 x Free Range and 1 x Caged, roles slightly change between farms. They are all located at the same area.
We are looking for people who have availability between Monday - Sunday, reliable transport and ability to work at any farm in any given day.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with farm cleanouts and wash-down procedures
Carry out shed walks to check on birds, feeding and water.
Remove and dispose of deceased birds in line with quarantine requirements
Adhere to strict biosecurity, hygiene, and shower-on procedures
Assist with general farm duties such as shed building.
What You'll Need:

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Willingness to comply with strict biosecurity standards (no birds, chickens, or pigs at home or in close contact)
Ability to work in a team and follow directions in a fast-paced environment
