Are you a caring, reliable, and compassionate person who loves helping others? Provide Another Mother is looking for dedicated Home Care Employees to support individuals and families in your area and nearby suburbs.
About the Role:
As a PAM (Provide Another Mother) team member, you’ll help individuals, families, and NDIS participants with:
Deep Cleaning & Decluttering: Transforming homes into happier, healthier spaces.
General Household Tasks: Including cleaning, washing, ironing, and light meal prep.
Participant Support: Assisting NDIS clients with day to day domestic tasks within their homes.
What you'll need to Join:
Reliable transport and a valid driver’s license
Smartphone for communication and Rostering
NDIS Worker Screening Card (or willingness to obtain)
Experience in cleaning or disability support (preferred)
Contactable references (preferred)

Job Details:
Type: Casual.
Pay: 32.56-34.44 per hour.
Expected Hours: 4–32 per week - Flexible & buildable roster to start with!
Benefits Include:
Travel reimbursement.
Day shifts only (Monday–Friday) We are flexible on the days and times you work
No weekend work.
Weekly pay!
