Kitchen Hand & Dishwasher Position Available
Are you looking to join a fantastic team in Central Queensland? The Mayfair in Emerald is seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Hand/Dishwasher to join our busy hospitality operation.
✨ What We Offer:
Hours: Guaranteed 35–40 hours per week.
Wages: Paid according to the Hospitality Industry General Award (award wage).
Accommodation: Accommodation is available

Location: Emerald, Central Queensland.
🧑‍🍳 The Role:
You will be an integral part of our kitchen, responsible for keeping our operations running smoothly and hygienically.
Key Duties Include:
Washing dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, cool room, and storage areas.
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation (e.g., peeling vegetables, preparing garnishes).
Handling deliveries and managing stock.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with a positive attitude.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items.
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus, but not essential—we are willing to train the right person!
