Arlberg Mt Hotham is located in Victoria.
Arlberg is a large hotel with 170 rooms, pizza area, bistro, bar, ski shop, retail store with drinks, coffee, clothing, indoor heated pool, spa, steam room.
All Staff share rooms with full kitchen and bathroom there is a rent to pay back its easy to do and still save or spend.
We have a repeat Chef who has been with us for 10 years and he would show you want to do we do have a lot of school groups, so the menu is set up already with some scope for specials and experiments however its mainly pub style food and 3 stars. Its only afternoon and evening work allowing plenty of snow time.
