We’re searching for a talented and experienced Restaurant Supervisor (or seasoned Front of House professional) who’s eager to help lead this transformation and deliver exceptional guest service in a high-end environment.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a leadership role in a luxury boutique hotel while working in one of Tasmania’s most stunning and undiscovered locations.

- Bring a partner: We welcome expressions of interest from couples or management duos looking to move

- Collaborating closely with the hotel manager and kitchen team to ensure exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints
- Maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere in the restaurant, fostering a cohesive team culture
- Supporting the growth of a brand that values authenticity, sustainability, wellness, and extraordinary guest experiences

Who We’re Looking For
You are:
- A passionate hospitality professional who thrives on delivering excellence in service
- A natural leader who enjoys inspiring and developing a team, while leading by example
- Experienced in luxury or fine-dining environments with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Comfortable working in a remote, nature-filled environment where adventure and relaxation are intertwined
- An excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills, able to engage with guests, staff, and suppliers to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Proficient in managing the restaurant floor with an eye for detail and an understanding of larger operational goals

Qualifications & Experience:
