🧾 The Role
As a Nomads Receptionist (Part-Time), you’ll be the face, the vibe, and the heartbeat of the hostel. Whether it’s day, evening, or overnight, you’ll be welcoming guests, handling bookings, sharing your local tips, and keeping things running smoothly.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting guests like they’ve just walked into a mate’s place
Checking people in/out, handling bookings & payments
Answering questions, giving local advice & solving problems
Keeping the desk and lobby organised and welcoming
Managing reservations and keeping admin accurate
Building awesome rapport with travellers from around the world
Supporting hostel security, safety and operational standards

💡 What We’re Looking For
A natural people-person with standout customer service
Confident, proactive and good under pressure
Organised, detail-driven and comfortable with tech
A clear communicator with guests and your team
Able to stay cool, professional and solution-focused
Available to work a flexible roster (days, evenings, nights, weekends)
Hostel, hospitality or travel experience is a bonus but not essential
