Vehicle Cleaner/detailer

We have a rare opportunity for 2 x casual Vehicle Detailers to join our team based at our Whitsundays location.

This role may include weekend work, so you must be available to work these shifts.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for carrying out basic safety checks, and ensuring the interior and exterior of fleet are kept to a ‘ready-to-rent’ standard.

Detail & Clean vehicles to the Hertz standard

Ensure that vehicles are in a road worthy condition through performing basic safety checks

Identify any damage, and follow the next steps procedures

Drive vehicles in a safe manner & adhere to all company policies & procedures

Work efficiently and effectively in a fun team environment

Drive vehicles to other locations, or suppliers

Ensure work area is clean, safe and free of hazards

You will be based at the Sunshine Coast Airport location, and you maybe required to work at other locations that are within reasonable travel distance.

The successful applicant will need:

Excellent communication skills and a ‘make it happen’ attitude

Ability to work both unsupervised and within a team

Ability to multi-task and be highly organised

Be reliable and have strong attention to detail

Have and maintain a current AU driver’s license

Training will be provided on the job.
