Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our farm team as a Farm Hand / Pick Packer.
This role involves assisting with daily hydroponic farming operations, including:
Harvesting and packing fresh herbs and greens
Monitoring crop quality and cleanliness
General farm and greenhouse maintenance
Supporting food safety and hygiene standards
You’ll be part of a close-knit team working in a clean, modern and well-organised environment. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Able to follow procedures and work as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on farm work
Committed to maintaining high standards of quality and food safety
Previous experience in horticulture or produce handling is an advantage but not required
