Guest Service Agent / Receptionist

This is an opportunity for a hospitality professional passionate about exceptional guests experience with plenty of room to grow.

The role includes delivery of concierge style service at the Lake House including checking-in/out, making personalized reservation, as well as "Make It Happen" concierge experience!

Plenty of training and upskilling support is available for the right, passionate candidate who wants to develop their skills and further their career opportunities.

Skills and Requirements
- Guest services experience in a five-star hotel environment or similar minimum 2 years.
- Having previous experience in Reception / Room division / Concierge is preferred.
- Outstanding guest relations and communication skills.
- Flair for organization with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and without supervision.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Experience with OPERA Cloud, Respak, SpaOne and TripleSeat are an advantage
