We’re looking for passionate and reliable Chefs, Cooks, to join our kitchen team as we head into a busy season on the coast. If you want to travel after, all good and if you are looking for sponsorship, let's have a look!
About the Role
This is definitely a 10- 12-week role and if you are looking for sponsorship we can help as we have many chefs here in our family restaurant who are under sponsorship!
We’re after team players with a great attitude and a genuine love of food. The ideal candidate will have:
You’ll be working alongside a supportive and experienced Chefs and team to deliver consistently high-quality meals in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
Depending on your role and experience, duties will include:
Food preparation and service during lunch and dinner shifts
Assisting with menu prep and stock rotation
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
Experience as a Chef, Cook, in a busy kitchen environment
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
A passion for producing quality food and working in a collaborative team
