Customer Care Representative / Shop Sales

You will be responsible for:
Providing an excellent experience for customers in the shop, answering inquiries in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.
Accurately performing water testing and recommending the correct chemical solutions to clients.
Processing shop sales transactions, managing product displays, and restocking inventory.
Assisting with administrative tasks, including scheduling service bookings and managing phone calls.

You will have:
Experience in water testing and/or a strong understanding of pool and spa chemistry is highly desirable.
Amazing customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy in sales and testing.
The availability to work on a rotating roster, including weekends.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, friendly team environment.
