We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef with the ability to keep everything running smoothly in a busy environment.

What we’re looking for:

Qualified Chef with proven ability work in a fast paced environment
Hands-on, positive, and adaptable team player
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of food quality and service
Strong communication skills

Must have contactable references and an up-to-date resume

Location Details: Derby is a unique and remote location with both challenges and rewards. Please ensure you are fully informed before applying:

Hot Weather: Temperatures can reach up to 40°C, and the Wet Season (December to March) brings humidity and occasional downpours.
Remote Area: Greyhound bus access to Broome, but the town is quiet and small, offering a peaceful atmosphere.
No Beach Access: While Derby has a muddy shoreline, the sea is not ideal for swimming.
Kitchen Environment: The heat can be demanding, and you’ll need to maintain focus and composure in these conditions.

Accommodation & Meals: We provide FREE accommodation in single, donga-style rooms with shared bathroom facilities, as well as everyday meals.
