Looking for a skilled Bar Person, preferably with a Partner that can work in the Kitchen and Back of House. Preference given if they are skilled in Cooking.
We are an Iconic Aussie Pub in the Victorian High Country.

The Dargo Hotel was established in 1898 and is open 7 days a week.
The Hotel offers indoor and outdoor dining. The bar serves Carlton Draught, Travla, Great Northern, Carlton Dry & Dry 3.5 as well as Hard Rated Lemon on tap. The bar also offers a selection of packaged Beer, Wines and Spirits.
