Job Description
About the Role:
We're now looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team for the grape picking season start from week commencing 28 November 2025.
Pay meets the minimum hourly rate under the Horticulture Award 2020 for the hours worked.
Duties include:
Picking Grapes with care to avoid damage
Pruning trees as per instruction
Thinning Citrus fruit trees as per instruct
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Following supervisor instructions and farm safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
Physically fit and able to work in warm weather
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsible and respect person towards co-workers and employer
Previous farm picking experience is a bonus but not essential, onsite job training will be provided.
Must have the right to work in Australia (e.g., citizen, resident, or valid working holiday visa)
Accommodation :
"farm accommodation available for approved workers (two people shares a room or a couple sharing a room) in a large house for workers with comfortable room shared with free wi-fi, reasonable cost.
