THE RETREAT PORT STEPHENS is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Casual Cleaner and Housekeeper. We are a beautiful, peaceful accommodation venue located in the stunning Anna Bay area of Port Stephens, and we pride ourselves on maintaining an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

✨ The Role
As a Casual Cleaner and Housekeeper, your main responsibilities will include:

Room Cleaning: Performing detailed cleaning and preparation of guest rooms and cabins, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards before guest arrival.

Company Facility Cleaning: Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of outdoor and communal company facilities and areas (e.g., BBQ areas, shared kitchens, function spaces).

Handling laundry and ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.

💰 Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: 33.00 per hour

Accommodation Provided: On-site staff accommodation is available.

🛑 Important Notes
Visa: Please note that we DO NOT offer sign-offs for the 88-day regional work visa. All applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia.

✅ Key Requirements
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.

A strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Available to work casual hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
