Job Description
Ideal candidates will have a proven background and experienced within the blue collar recruitment sector but open to candidates with an electrical or civil construction recruitment background.
About you
• Post entry level as a recruitment resourcer or consultant for Blue Collar roles
• Proven track record with managing multiple roles
• High proficiency in using LinkedIn, Seek, Seek talent and social media
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
What you'll get
• 40 per hour + super (based on experience)
• ASAP start
• Guaranteed 38 hours per week
• Office based position - Monday to Friday
What you'll be doing
• Recruitment Resourcing for multiple roles
• Resourcing & interviewing candidates
• Screening resumes, qualifications and experience of candidates
• Managing Recruitment activities though our HR System (Workday)
• Carrying out reference checks, organising medicals, training and inductions
• Successfully mobilise staff to client sites
• Maintain a database of candidates
