Job Description
We are looking for hardworking friendly staff for a busy seafood processing facility in Moruya NSW. As a seafood processor you will be working in a large team cleaning and packaging seafood. Specifically sea urchin roe. The job entails starting at 7am and doing 8 hrs of packaging sea urchin into trays for the export markets. Attention to detail is a must. All trays must be packed quickly and neatly. We provide on the job training and supervision. Any prior food safety training is a bonus but not essential. if you would like to work in a friendly work environment and see the beautiful south coast, please apply. our season is December to end of June.
