Position Overview:
We’re seeking a meticulous and dedicated Floor Cleaning Technician to join our team. We want you if you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding results! In this role, you’ll execute our commercial floor cleaning and maintenance programs with precision and care. While experience in commercial cleaning is preferred, we offer comprehensive training for those with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.


Key Responsibilities:

Perform Carpet, Upholstery and Hard Floor Cleaning
Utilise specialised equipment to clean carpets, upholstery and hard floor cleaning, ensuring every task is completed to the highest standards.

Attention to Detail
Maintain a meticulous approach to all cleaning tasks, ensuring our high standards are consistently met.

Adhere to Safety and Operational Guidelines
Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Equipment Maintenance
Regularly inspect and maintain cleaning equipment, reporting any issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Customer Service Excellence
Deliver exceptional service to our clients, maintaining and enhancing Premrest’s reputation for quality.

Efficiency in meeting Deadlines
Work efficiently to complete tasks within set deadlines, ensuring client satisfaction.

Problem-Solving
Ability to identify and address any issues, stains or marks on floors and be innovative on the stubborn ones.

Training & Development
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated with the latest cleaning techniques and industry standards.

Documentation & Reporting
Accurately document before and after conditions for completed jobs. Report any incidents or client feedback to the management team.


Requirements & Skills:

Experience with floor buffers and CRB machines is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to different work environments.
Valid driver’s license.
Professionalism and energy in all tasks, whether working solo or collaboratively.
Police Check.
