About the Role

We are seeking qualified Fitters and a Supervisor to perform shutdown preventative and corrective maintenance and project work in a manufacturing environment for a global construction manufacturer.

Essential Criteria

• Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in manufacturing plant maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and reliability
• Must pass a medical and functional assessment

Desirable (Highly Regarded)

• EWP Ticket, Forklift Licence, and Confined Space Rescue Certification
• Prior experience with automated systems or production machinery
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
