We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator / Labourer to join our expanding civil telecommunications team working on high-value infrastructure projects across Australia.

• Excavator operation and general civil labouring
• Civil telecommunications infrastructure works
• Sydney metro work when projects are based locally
• Interstate travel required as projects demand
• Long-term, stable employment

Essential Requirements:
• HR Truck Licence – STRICTLY NON-NEGOTIABLE
• White Card – Mandatory
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Proven experience operating excavators
• Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods
• Strong safety awareness
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
