What you’ll do (the work that matters)

Quality first: Pass consistently excellent dishes—taste, timing, and presentation
Cost control: Own menu costing, pricing margins, staff costs, ordering, and monthly stocktakes to hit GP targets
Food safety: Maintain an approved Food Safety Plan and top‑tier hygiene practices
Equipment care: Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment so service never stalls
Guest care: Handle feedback in a courteous, solutions‑focused way
Smart ordering: Plan prep, manage stock, place authorised orders, and flag issues early with the GM
Menu craft: Create and prep menu items and keep that Specials Board fresh, seasonal, and profitable
Team heartbeat: Work with a tightknit team of passionate professionals
