Job Description
At Campervan Village we believe road trips are the best way to holiday! Our customers can hire our campervans or 4WDs set up for camping from over 14 locations across Australia & New Zealand. We know RVs inside and out as we’ve been renting campervans and 4WD Campers for over 20 years across Australia & New Zealand.

Our brands include Wicked Campers, Campervan Village and Allridey car hires.

We are looking for a sales and customer service expert to join our call centre for summer. 2nd language a huge plus!

This role is full-time, working 38 hours mostly Monday - Friday in an office in Wooloongabba (Brisbane). The longer you can stay the better, 5-6 months minimum!

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Inbound and outbound customer calls for all our brands
- Sell campervan hires for AU and NZ
- Provide excellent customer service and product information
- Respond to email and chat enquiries
- Use WhatsApp to communicate internally and with agents
- Upselling products on the phone
- Liaising with management about price beats and agent offers
- Day-to-day management of trade inquiries and bookings via multiple channels with a focus on maximizing revenue opportunities
- Admin/office tasks as required
- Provide regular and accurate updates on sales activity including market intelligence on booking trends, customer feedback and competitor activity.

ABOUT YOU
Have you worked in Sales, Customer Service or are keen to share you passion for travel with new customers?
Have you travelled the East Coast or other areas of Australia?

You should possess the following skills and experiences to be successful in this role:
- Fluency in English both written and orally. Other languages like German, Dutch, French are a big plus!
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service or Tourism is highly regarded
- Quick learning and multitasking ability - this is a fast paced role!
- Passion for travel and camping
- Motivation, positivity and energy to make sales
- You go above and beyond to provide amazing customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable with following processes and procedures
- Intermediate computer skills
