Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a background in the tourism industry and a desire to work in an iconic aviation museum? We’re looking for a motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a casual basis.
As a Customer Service representative, you’ll play a key role in all aspects of our front-of-house operations. This position involves engaging with our visitors, assisting with cafe service, managing admission sales, supporting our retail/gift store, and performing essential administrative duties such as handling phone inquiries and processing bookings.
Qantas Founders Museum offers great working conditions, uniforms and award rates of pay. Previous experience in a similar position is recommended.
Qantas Founders Museum does not provide accommodation - successful applicants will need to obtain their own accommodation in Longreach.

The museum provides tours of various aircraft and the National Heritage Listed Qantas Hangar. We have a restaurant and retail areas. We are open 7 days a week.
