Farmworker

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Farm Workers to join our team. This is a hands-on role that involves both livestock and crop operations, as well as general farm maintenance. Ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a dedicated farming team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with planting, irrigating, fertilizing, and harvesting crops

Operate tractors, harvesters, and other farm machinery

Care for livestock including feeding, watering, and monitoring health

Maintain farm infrastructure such as fences, sheds, and irrigation systems

Carry out basic equipment servicing and repairs

Follow health, safety, and biosecurity procedures

General farm duties as required to support daily operations

Requirements

Previous farm or agricultural experience preferred, but not essential

Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Current driver’s licence (tractor and machinery operation experience an advantage)

Flexibility to work extended hours during busy seasons
