Lab Assistant (casual/short-term)

Location: Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast
Duration: 8 + weeks (with potential to extend)
Pay: 30 per hour

We’re looking for reliable and hands-on workers to help cut and prepare geosynthetic materials for a specialist environmental testing lab in Burleigh Heads.

What you’ll do:

Cut geosynthetic materials (textiles/plastics) to size

Assist the lab team with prepping samples for testing

Keep your work area clean and organised

Follow simple instructions and safety guidelines

Training is provided — you just need to be:

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable doing physical, repetitive tasks

Able to stand for long periods

Able to start immediately
