We’re looking for energetic, customer-focused Bar Staff to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.
Located in the heart of North Adelaide, The Lion Hotel is a multi-award-winning venue renowned for its exceptional food, vibrant atmosphere and versatile event spaces. From weddings to corporate launches to milestone celebrations, we’re trusted to deliver memorable experiences.

About the Role
• Greet customers and provide warm, friendly service
• Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints, and address any concerns promptly and professionally
• Pour beers, mix basic cocktails, and serve beverages responsibly
• Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions
• Maintain a clean and tidy bar area
• Restock fridges, glassware, and supplies
• Follow RSA guidelines
About You
• Have previous bar or hospitality experience (highly desirable)
• Hold a current RSA
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Can multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to liaise with guests at all levels; and
• Willing to work across a 7-day roster both day and night.
