Angel Seafood is Australia’s largest certified organic and sustainable oyster farming company. We’re expanding our team and looking for motivated, reliable, and physically fit individuals to join us on the water and in our processing facilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Oyster husbandry, maintenance & deployment
Operating boats, farming & processing equipment
Grading, packing, and preparing oysters for market
Performing repetitive, physical tasks in varying weather conditions
Working outdoors – including in cold water and at sea
Hours per week (weather dependent), with overtime available during peak periods
Working on a rotating roster with the possibility of long days
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Full working rights in Australia
Minimum 6-month commitment (longer preferred!)
Physically fit, reliable, and team-oriented
Comfortable working in physically demanding, outdoor environments
Willingness to work in all weather conditions
Own transport required (Australian driver's license highly preferred)
Previous aquaculture or manual labour experience is great – but not essential
Positive attitude & strong work ethic
