Upvc Window Installer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled uPVC Window & Door Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and high-quality installation of windows and doors, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. You’ll also assist with maintenance, service activities, and uphold strict health and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Install and glaze windows and doors according to specifications.

· Remove old units and securely fit new ones, ensuring level and weatherproof finishes.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free worksite.

· Load/unload frames, glass, and screens; check all jobs for accuracy.

· Complete all required paperwork and job records.

· Monitor stock levels and report when orders are needed.

· Inspect and maintain tools and PPE.

· Train and onboard new staff as required.

· Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

· Comply with OH\&S, ISO standards, and company policies.


What We’re Looking For

· Proven experience in uPVC window and door installation.

· Strong understanding of health and safety practices.

· Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

· Ability to work within a multi-site, multi-disciplined team.

· Mathematical skills for accurate measurements.

· Knowledge of PPE requirements and installation methods.
